1. About NIL TV
NIL TV is a college and professional athlete-powered media network created to produce premium content featuring NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) athletes. Our mission is to showcase the stories, achievements, and personalities of college and professional-athletes while providing unique content for fans, alumni, and brand partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree to:

– Respect the rights and privacy of athletes, creators, and other users.

5. NIL Athlete Content
Content featuring NIL athletes is produced in compliance with NCAA and NIL policies. All rights to NIL appearances, likeness, and branding belong to the respective athlete and/or their licensing partners.

If you submit content (e.g., comments, videos, or social media posts) to NIL TV, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You are responsible for any content you submit.
